Carte Blanche^™ doors are manufactured of a cut-to-size solid composite slab with routed profiles that create the illusion of a stile and rail construction. There are more than 140 paint grade styles to choose from. Consult your sales representative for the availability of additional or custom designs.

Standard door materials include a composite wood slab that is factory coated with an acrylic latex primer and is delivered ready to paint to the color of your choice. Ratings of 20 through 90 minutes, neutral or positive pressure construction are available.

Carte Blanche^™ doors are first cut to size with a sophisticated computer controlled panel saw and then machined with a computer-aided CNC router to create standard and custom panel designs. Solid wood blocks are glued and inserted onthe hinge stile to provide structural strength and durablehinge screw seats.
