1996 - Last Roddis building is demolished.

In 1996, the last Roddis building was demolished due to the completion of the modernization process, which resulted in the construction of new and more efficient manufacturing facilities. There was no longer a need for the original Roddis manufacturing facilities which were built in 1907. The building was a 400,000 square feet three story building with a hand-dug basement. At one time, all manufacturing was done from start to finish in this building.
